Deleting your account

You can delete your TribeSentry account from inside the app. It takes effect immediately and cannot be undone.

From the app

1. Open TribeSentry and go to Profile.
2. Tap Delete account.
3. Confirm. Your account and data are erased straight away.

What gets deleted

• Your account and sign-in details.
• Your current location and your location history.
• Your push notification tokens.
• Your group memberships, and any alerts you sent.

What happens to your groups

Groups you created are handed to the member who has been in them longest, so nobody else loses their group because you left. A group you were the only member of is deleted with your account.

No longer have the app?

Email info@tribesentry.cloud from the address on the account and we will delete it for you.

Timing

Deletion is immediate. Location history is in any case deleted automatically after 7 days, whether or not you delete your account. Backups are overwritten on their normal cycle, within 30 days.
